Does the template include a blog?
Yes. Your template includes matching WordPress blog layouts at no additional cost.
Blogging is completely optional. You will be required to get the Showit + Blog subscription.
How will I receive my template?
Your purchase is delivered digitally, immediately after checkout. You'll receive a downloadable PDF containing your Showit share key and setup instructions.
Simply enter the share key into your Showit account to add the template to your design library.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our templates are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

Are the demo images and fonts included?
Yes. The template includes the demo images and fonts, subject to their applicable usage licences which will be stated on each product page.
What support is available if I get stuck?
You'll have access to the Maeten Support Center, with video tutorials and resources covering setup, customisation and launching your website.
If you experience an issue with your template, you can submit a support ticket. Custom design work, content creation and aren't included. For Showit platform questions, they have their own (amazing!) support team.
Can I use the template for more than one website?
Each purchase includes a single website licence. You can use the template for your own business or one client project.
If you'd like to use the template for another website, you'll need to purchase an additional licence. Templates cannot be shared, resold or redistributed.
What do I need to prepare before getting started?
You'll need your project photography, website copy, logo and brand details, including your colours and fonts if you have them.
Our Website Checklist and Copy Guide will help you organise your content before you begin. The more you have prepared, the easier the customisation process will be.
Do I need a Showit subscription to use this template?
Yes. Maeten templates are designed exclusively for Showit, which is a drag-and-drop website builder. You'll need a Showit subscription to publish your website, with hosting included in your plan.
Showit offers a free 14-day trial. You can also get your first paid month free using our Showit referral link.
Can I use the template if I've never built a website before?
Yes. No coding or previous web design experience is required. Showit lets you edit your website visually - it's easier than Canva!
You can change colours, fonts, images, text and layouts to suit your studio. You can also duplicate any pages, add new sections and update your website as your business grows. Desktop and mobile layouts are included, and both can be customised separately.
