Each purchase covers a single website. If you'd like to use it for an additional site, a separate purchase is required.
What if I need help along the way?
We're here for it. For design-related questions, we typically respond within 24–36 hours. For technical platform issues, Showit's own support team is on hand to help with anything more complex.
How do I migrate my old blog to my new blog?
If you're coming from WordPress or Squarespace, Showit will migrate your old blog for you! All you need to do is submit a request — it generally takes about 7 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.
